Hannah has worked in private practice since 2009. She has over 7 years experience preparing medico-legal reports for the Court in complex clinical negligence and personal injury cases. Hannah completes approximately 40-50 reports per annum for Claimant and Defendant.
Specifically, Hannah has over 10 years experience in chronic pain, she can provide highly specialised advice and opinion in complex cases where physical health (e.g. fibromyalgia) interplay with psychological difficulties. Hannah also has a specialist interest in young adults with chronic pain.
Hannah recognises the importance of working directly with instructing solicitors. Assessements and reports can be provided within a 4 week turnaround from instruction.
We are pleased to receive contact from the legal profession regarding instructions for expert witness reports; specifically assessment of psychological factors in personal injury and clinical negligence claims.
Initially we will assess the request and decide whether it falls within our areas of psychological expertise. We will never work outside of our competencies.
Both Hannah and Sophie are Bond Solon trained in expert witness report-writing and are happy to provide both our medico-legal CVs and example reports for interested parties.
We provide clear terms of engagement and work on a fixed fee basis. Unseen complexities within a case that involve more reading/preparation and assessment than initially anticipated may incur further fees costed at our hourly rate. Cancellation fees are also applicable.
We are happy to provide samples of our report format and style prior to receiving a formal instruction, please contact us and we can forward any relevant documentation.
Please contact us by telephone or email to enquire further.
