Children & Adolescents

It may be that you are a parent struggling with concerns about difficult/challenging behaviours, or your relationship with your child(ren).  Or perhaps you are concerned about your child being anxious or depressed in mood.  We are happy to discuss your needs if you require further information about services we may be able to offer clients under the age of 16 years. 

Will you work with a client under the age of 16 years?

Both Sophie and Hannah are qualified to work with children and adolescents, but it may be more appropriate, following an initial consultation, for us to signpost you to a service that provides more specialist support for children and adolescents. 

We would not work with a child or adolescent under the age of 18 years without the prior knowledge of a parent or responsible guardian.  We always recommend that you visit your GP prior to making an appointment with us to ensure that there are no underlying medical problems that may explain your current difficulties.
